Refund Policy

Any request for refund must be sent by email to remb@fc3lacs.com.
For a refund request to be considered complete, it must contain:
- Player's name
- Name of the parent to whom we make the check
- Mailing address where we send the check
- Reason for which reimbursement is requested (if a medical reason a document is required)

** Please note that membership fees are non-refundable.

Summer - recreational program:

All refund requests must be sent by e-mail to remb@fc3lacs.com
Should the club be unable to create a team in any given category, the full registration fee will be refunded, if the club is unable to offer an alternative.
Players cancelling their registration prior to March 30 will be refunded in full. Soccer Quebec's annual affiliation fees are non-refundable.
Players cancelling their registration after March 30, but prior to May 15, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee to the activity. Soccer Quebec's annual affiliation fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after june first. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The club is not responsible for any sum of money paid directly to a team, a coach, or a manager.

Summer - competitive program (January to September)

All refund requests must be sent by e-mail to remb@fc3lacs.com
Should the club be unable to create a team in any given category, the full registration fee will be refunded, if the club is unable to offer an alternative.
Players cancelling their registration prior to March 1 will be refunded proportionately to services rendered, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Soccer Quebec's annual affiliation fees are non-refundable.
Players cancelling their registration after March 1, but prior to May 1, will be refunded 30% of the registration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the start of the competitive season. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The club is not responsible for any sum of money paid directly to a team, a coach or a manager.

Fall, winter and spring - recreational program and fall - competitive activities:

All refund requests must be sent by e-mail to remb@fc3lacs.com
Should there be insufficient registrations to open an activity, and there is no possibility of combining groups, the full registration fee will be refunded.
Players cancelling their registration over seven (7) days prior to the start of the activity will be refunded in full. Soccer Quebec's annual affiliation fees are non-refundable.
Players cancelling their registration within the seven (7) days prior to the start of an activity, or in the first seven (7) days following its start will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Soccer Quebec's annual affiliation fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations beginning on the eighth (8th) day of an activity. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refund (injuries):

All refund requests must be sent by e-mail to remb@fc3lacs.com.
All refund requests must include a valid doctor's note specifying that the player is unable to participate in the program, as well as the dates on which the player cannot take part in sports.

Exceptional cases refund:

All refund requests must be sent by e-mail to remb@fc3lacs.com
Cancellation fees will be deducted in all cases. Please note that the amount of the cancellation fee may vary according to the complexity of the situation.
All refunds will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
The FC3Lacs soccer club reserves the right to determine whether a case is considered exceptional.
The FC3Lacs soccer club may ask for written documents to assess the validity of the situation.

In the event of an exceptional situation, this will be studied by general management.
