Sous la direction de notre Directeur Technique, Aziz Dieng, de notre Directeur de la Formation et du Responsable du Soccer de base.

Les aspects travaillés avec des éducateurs expérimentés choisis par le club pour aider nos jeunes membres à perfectionner les gestes techniques du soccer :

  • Aspects techniques travaillés - conduite de balle, passe, tir, amorties.
  • Aspects physiques travaillés - coordination, motricité, vivacité, vitesse.
  • Aspects mentaux travaillés - la confiance en soi, la persévérance, la précision, la concentration.

Under the direction of our Technical Director, Aziz Dieng, our Director of Training and the Head of Grassroots Soccer.

Aspects worked with experienced educators chosen by the club to help our young members perfect the technical gestures of soccer:

  • Technical aspects worked on - ball handling, passing, shooting, cushioning.
  • Physical aspects worked on - coordination, motor skills, alertness, speed.
  • Mental aspects worked on - self-confidence, perseverance, precision, concentration.

Cette phase est prépondérante dans le développement des jeunes athlètes qui rejoindrons le département compétition du Club, dès les prochains jours d’octobre de 2023. Olivier Lejeune (licence C) sera en charge des jeunes filles du groupe LDP/LDIR, dès à présent. Il sera assisté par Solène Ngamba. Hamid Kouati (licence C) entrainera les jeunes du groupe LDP. Son assistant sera Georges-Keny Paul. Taoufik Rochdi (licence C en cours) aura la responsabilité des joueurs LDIR des jeunes nés en 2011, à compter du début de notre programme hivernal. Été 2023 U16F LDIR Fiche: 15-5-4 🔥🔥 Tout l'été, notre LDIR U16-F nous a servi un soccer de grande qualité.🔥🔥 👉 Notre LDIR U16-F dirigé par Robert Montpetit, Tommy Thibeault et Naji El Mousfi a terminé 2e au prestigieux tournoi de Victoriaville. 👏 👉 Après avoir battu POINTE-CLAIRE samedi dernier, notre équipe a échoué en finale contre PIERREFOND se classant finaliste des séries LSL 2023. 👏 👉 Ce groupe de fille incroyable a également terminé 2ème de la ligue U16F LDIR ouvrant la voie à ce qui ne peut être qu'un avenir incroyable tant sur le terrain qu'en dehors. 👏 Nous avons hâte de voir quelle est la suite pour cette équipe, mais nous sommes presque sûrs qu'elle continuera d'écrire l'histoire du FC3LACS 💪🏆 Merci à tous les joueuses, entraîneurs et parents pour leur engagement et leur dévouement. 🖤💙🤍 TOUS ENSEMBLES
